The Henry S. Parker Athletic Complex, located on Naylor Mill Drive in Salisbury, is Wicomico County, Maryland's premier outdoor sports facility. Encompassed by shade trees and marked by expertly maintained fields, the complex was recognized as the 1987 Most Beautiful and Functional Park and the 2004 National Softball Association's Outstanding Park.

Recently renovated, the complex boasts four softball fields (three lighted), one lighted baseball field, two lighted Bermuda Turf utility fields, two full service concession stands with restroom facilities, a shaded playground area, plenty of spectator seating and free parking for 720 vehicles. The fields are equipped with high quality drainage and irrigation systems and are maintained by a full time maintenance team. These features make the complex ideal for hosting major tournaments. As such, it has hosted multiple National Championship Events including ASA Women’s Major Modified, USSSA Girls’ Fast Pitch, USSSA Baseball, and NSA Mens Fast Pitch. In addition to hosting major tournaments, the complex is also home to various County recreation leagues. These include Youth Soccer, Youth Lacrosse, Girls’ Field Hockey, Junior Girls’ Softball, Adult Slow Pitch Softball (Mens, Co-ed, and Womens), Adult Co-ed Kickball, Adult Co-ed Flag Football, and Adult Co-ed Soccer.
